Directory Listing Terms & Conditions

The RepairMyCar directory is operated by RepairMyCar Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14872031, registered office 12 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6LB. Contact us at hello@repairmycar.io.

These Directory Terms apply only to garages who wish to be listed in the Directory but are not registered to use our booking platform. If you register for the Platform, our Garage Terms apply instead.

To be listed, you apply and pay the applicable Listing Fee. You must ensure information is accurate and tell us promptly of any changes. We will action requested changes within 60 days. We may remove a listing if you breach these terms.

Starter: business name, address, map location, opening hours, services and facilities offered.

Starter Plus: everything in Starter, plus contact details (phone and email) and a tailored business description.

You pay the annual Listing Fee for your chosen tier in advance. Your listing runs for one year and renews automatically each year unless you tell us in writing before the renewal date. Listing Fees are non-refundable.

If we cannot collect a fee due, we may charge a late administration fee of £3.99 and interest at 4% over Bank of England base on overdue amounts, and remove your listing until you pay.

You agree to provide an accurate description of your business; only list services you are competent and equipped to carry out; and hold the qualifications, licences and insurance needed for that work. You will indemnify us against liabilities arising from information you provide.

We will maintain your listing with reasonable care and skill but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or bring you any particular volume of work.

You remain solely responsible to drivers for the work you undertake. We are not party to any contract between you and a driver, we do not endorse any garage, and we do not provide or underwrite any warranty.

Subject to the carve-outs required by law, our total aggregate liability in any listing year will not exceed the total Listing Fee you paid in that year. We are not liable for loss of profits, business, or any indirect loss.

If you breach these terms, we may remove your listing. We may also terminate your listing for convenience from the end of your current listing year on at least 14 days' written notice. Refunds of Listing Fees already paid are not available.

These Directory Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
